PSA oxygen generator takes clean compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, according to the difference of the adsorption amount of oxygen and nitrogen in the air on the surface of zeolite molecular sieve and the different diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the zeolite molecular sieve, through the programmable controller to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, the process of pressurized adsorption and decompression desorption can be realized, to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen and get the required purity of oxygen.

HYO series Oxygen Generators are available in different standard models with capacity ranging from 3.0Nm3/h to 150 Nm3/hour at 93% ±2 purity for medical .or higher purity and higher capacity for other industry ,HUAYAN can customize the oxygen generator that fits your particular requirements completely.The design is made for round the clock 24/7 operation .

A full installation comprises a air compressor, a refrigeration dryer, filters, an air tank, a generator and an oxygen buffer tank. Naturally, you can have your full installation supplied by HUAYAN. But you can also buy each component and other optional supply such as high pressure compressors or filling stations separately .
